Підписник — безкоштовний Telegram-бот, який добирає новини з публічних джерел за вашими налаштуваннями. Користуючись ботом, ви погоджуєтеся з цими умовами. Pidpysnyk is a free Telegram bot that selects news from public sources according to your settings. By using the bot you agree to these terms.

Сервіс надається «як є»Provided as is

Ми не гарантуємо безперервної роботи, доставки кожного повідомлення чи точності добірки. Бот може бути недоступним, може пропустити новину або надіслати зайву. Не покладайтеся на нього як на єдине джерело інформації у критичних ситуаціях. We guarantee no uptime, no delivery of any particular message, and no accuracy of the selection. The bot may be unavailable, may miss a story, or may send one you did not want. Do not rely on it as your only source of information in critical situations.

Контент належить авторамContent belongs to its publishers

Бот показує уривки публікацій із публічних каналів і стрічок і завжди дає посилання на оригінал. Права на цей контент належать його авторам, а не нам. The bot shows excerpts of posts from public channels and feeds and always links back to the original. Rights to that content belong to its publishers, not to us.

Прийнятне використанняAcceptable use

• Користуйтеся ботом для особистих потреб. Use the bot for personal purposes.
• Не автоматизуйте вивантаження стрічки й не перепродавайте її. Do not scrape the delivery stream automatically and do not resell it.
• Не намагайтеся порушити роботу сервісу чи обійти його обмеження. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or bypass its limits.

ПрипиненняEnding the service

Ви можете припинити користування будь-коли, заблокувавши бота в Telegram. Ми можемо припинити доступ для чату, який порушує ці умови, або зупинити сервіс загалом. You can stop at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram. We may withdraw access from a chat that breaks these terms, or discontinue the service altogether.
